The Medina consulting firm Chad Allan Consulting LLC has launched a web-based document management product.

The product, called EZ Binder, helps companies manage corporate paperwork by creating a virtual library of price sheets, catalogs, sales reports, marketing images, memos, and policy handbooks. It’s built on Microsoft’s .Net platform.

“We’ve found the niche for this product is distributed sales forces,” such as insurance sales forces and manufacturing sales representatives, said company president Chad Wilson.

The three-person company sells EZ Binder for a $150 monthly subscription fee and a one-time $500 setup fee. Mr. Wilson said the pricing structure creates recurring revenue that he hopes to invest into product enhancements.
